1 handful of blackberries
2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of flaxseed
1-1 1/4 cups of cultured coconut milk
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
I made this smoothie for a later breakfast and it kept me full and energized throughout my 1 hour yoga practice, and jog.
The peanut butter could be subsituded for another nut or seed butter, as well as the coconut milk. These were the ingredients I had on hand.
