My ginger home remedy-
My naturopath had told me this ginger home remedy that will help fight off a cold or flu. It works miracles!
Slice a ginger root and boil it in water with some oregano (if wanted). Once it reaches a boil, take off burner. Put the pot under your face and breath in the steam and aroma. It will instantly clear your nasal congestion.
I hope you try to incorporate ginger more into your diet, and will give my home remedy a try.
