GAPS Introduction: Day 9

I’m getting closer to finishing the GAPS introduction! About 3-4 more foods I need to introduce, before I start the full. That’s if I don’t have any complications with any foods I add back into my diet. I don’t think I will.

Breakfast-

Scrambled eggs.

Lunch-

sautéed eggplant

Snack-

Yogurt

Dinner-

Salad, boiled zucchini, and sautéed white mushrooms. I ate the mushrooms before I took a picture…oops!

 Night time snack-

Yogurt
