GAPS Introduction: Day 11

Breakfast-


Raw Milk

Lunch-


Antibiotic-free turkey and raw cheese roll-ups with avocado on the side

Dinner-

Roasted mixed vegetables with boiled broccoli and cucumber salad

Dessert/night time snack-

Today I introduced boiled apple to my diet. I peeled and boiled the apple until soft, and then I cut the apple off the core. After, I mashed it all up and added ghee to it. It was definitely a weird combination, but I’m just happy I can have fruit again!
