Healthy Living Awaits- Real Health. Real Food. Real Living

GAPS Introduction: Day 13

Breakfast-

Scrambled eggs

Lunch-

Yogurt with apple

Snack-

Yogurt

Dinner-

Tuna fish salad. This recipe was inspired from the The Chew. I think the original recipe was made into a sandwich, but I just ate it like a salad. This salad came out really good! It’s lighter and healthier than the traditional mayo version. In my opinion, it tastes a lot better too!

All the ingredients used in this salad are high in pesticides, so it would be best to buy these organic if can. There is no exact measurement. Just had enough in to your liking.

Ingredients-

2 cans of Tongol Tuna (Any tuna works fine. I think Tongol Tuna tastes the best)

Red Bell Pepper

Celery

Apple

Parsley

Mix all ingredients together with a drizzle of olive oil and a splash of red wine vinegar.

There you have it! A simple, yet healthy, delicious dinner.
