GAPS Introduction: Day 18

HAPPY INDEPENDANCE DAY!!

Breakfast-

Coffee with raw cream

Lunch-

Scrambled eggs with Raspberry Chia Kumbucha

Snack-

Watermelon and a lot of it! Watermelon is a great treat during the summer and the farmer’s market and grocery stores always have great deals on them during this time of year. Eat up! 

Dinner-


Insalata (salad) from Carrabba’s

This salad had more to it, but I took the picture a little late…..:)

Well I made some vegetable stock today with all organic vegetables, but I will make my soup later this week, (hopefully tomorrow). 

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July and saw some pretty awesome fireworks!

I thought I’d post a pretty picture for you guys!
