I’m going to share with you guys, one of my favorite meat dishes. I swear it is to die for!
Ingredients– Serves 1-2 people
3/4 of a pound of organic top round steak (sliced 1/4 of an inch thick)
1/4 cup of sharp provolone cheese
1/4 cup of red wine
sea salt, black pepper
Slice the cheese in 1/2 inch slices. Season the meat with sea salt and black pepper. Place 2 cheese slices in the center of the sliced meat. Tightly roll the meat from one end to the other, and stick a toothpick on both ends to close. Cover the bottom of a large sauce pan with olive oil. Add the rolled meat to the pan, and brown on both sides. This shouldn’t take longer than 10-15 minutes. Once the meat is fully browned, add in the wine. Let cook for 15 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked and the cheese is melted completely.

Fill the meat with cheese
Close the meat
Brown the rolled meat
Look at the cheese! It’s so good!
