Power Up! Cherry Berry Smoothie

I’m here to post about one of my pre-workout smoothies! This smoothie tastes so good, that you’ll want to make it even if you’re not going to work out! 

Here’s the recipe!

1 cup of Cascade Farms Antioxidant (berry) Blend (it’s sold frozen)

1 cup of frozen cherries 

1-2 tbls. of ground flaxseeds

1/4 cup of dried shredded coconut (amount is optional)

Raw milk

Put all ingredients into a blender, and cover with raw milk. Blend.
