So, I’ve been making a lot of smoothies lately, since they’re super easy and it’s a great way to get all the nutrition you need in one glass. What could be better? 🙂
Equal parts of fresh pineapple, mango, and banana
1-2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds
1/4 cup of dried shredded coconut
Organic or raw keifer, and a little raw milk to cover the fruit
Blend and enjoy!
