Yep, that’s right, just 2 ingredients only! I got this recipe from Blogilates, Cassy Ho, and these taste amazing! I made these like in the video, and I also made them with some other tasty ingredients to really bring out the flavor.
Like I said before, these are really good how they are, but I wanted to try out some other ingredients/spices to give it a little different flavor. These taste amazing! They are grain, dairy, nut and soy free!
Here’s the recipe!
1 original 2 ingredient pancake recipe (1 banana, 2 eggs)
some cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp. or pure vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients with a fork. Grease pan/griddle with coconut oil and then place batter on griddle or in a pan on the stove top. Cook for about minute on each side. Makes about 3 pancakes.
Since these pancakes are so good just by themselves, I don’t put any topping on. If you’d like a type of syrup, I would suggest pure maple syrup or raw honey.
