Simple GAPS Bean Salad

This simple italian bean salad is delicious! My grandfather and I have been making it for years, either with chicken, tuna, or just as it is (my favorite). It’s really quick, really tasty, very filling, and pretty inexpensive. All great things to look for in a meal! 


32. ounce can of navy beans (Try to buy organic if can. Regular beans are genetically modified.) Note: if you are not on the GAPS diet, you could use cannellini beans instead.

1/4 of one white onion

2 cloves of garlic

olive oil

1-1/2 tbs. of red wine vinegar

sea salt


Mix in all ingredients.
