Grain-Free Blueberry Banana Bread

I’ve been pretty obsessed with My Gutsy website lately. Everything looks and tastes so good that I just want to make everything! Plus, it’s all GAPS-friendly, so it makes it a lot easier than having to search the web for GAPS-friendly recipes, or checking if I have to eliminate items that aren’t allowed and trying to replace them with foods that are. The two grain-free breads that I made so far, (this one and the Banana Bread) came out just like regular bread’s density! I couldn’t believe it! It also tastes a lot like regular fruit bread too! If you’re looking to make grain-free bread, or just any GAPS foods, I highly recommend checking out My Gutsy.

You can get the recipe for this bread here.

Smash bananas

Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites.

Mix all wet ingredients together.

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Add in dry ingredients to the wet.

Whisk them together.

Beat the egg whites.

Fold in the egg whites.

Now fold in the blueberries.

Place bread in a parchment covered bread pan and top off bread with some extra cinnamon, and place the bread into the oven.

Then just take the bread out of the oven…..

…..and enjoy! 🙂
