My mom came up with this little concoction about a month ago, and kept telling me that it was REALLY good and tasted a lot like pumpkin pie. I was a little uncertain if I should try it or not…just because I don’t really like mixing things into my food, unless it’s like a batter and going to be cooked. I ended up trying it and it actually was really good! Plus, it’s really simple and inexpensive.
Mom’s skinny pumpkin pie yogurt-
Plain Organic Yogurt
1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. of raw honey (optional)
Stir all ingredients into your yogurt.
Add in all ingredients to the yogurt
