Mom’s Skinny Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

My mom came up with this little concoction about a month ago, and kept telling me that it was REALLY good and tasted a lot like pumpkin pie. I was a little uncertain if I should try it or not…just because I don’t really like mixing things into my food, unless it’s like a batter and going to be cooked. I ended up trying it and it actually was really good! Plus, it’s really simple and inexpensive.

Mom’s skinny pumpkin pie yogurt-

Plain Organic Yogurt

1/3 cup of pumpkin puree

pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp. of raw honey (optional)

Stir all ingredients into your yogurt.

Add in all ingredients to the yogurt

Mix all together and enjoy your skinny pumpkin pie!

  1. Just remember, Mom always knows best.

  2. Mmm, this looks so yum! I’m pinning to my pumpkin board on Pinterest and sharing on FB. Thanks for sharing at Tiny Tip Tuesday!
