I just made this recipe up at the last minute, and it came out really good, so I thought I would share it with you.
My parents said that you don’t usually cook radishes, and only put them in salads or dip them in a ranch type dressing. I figured that they couldn’t possibly taste bad sautéed in some olive oil, so I decided to cook them.
1 head of asparagus
1/4 cup of thinly slices almonds
red pepper flakes
Let the asparagus cook until they start to get tender. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Let cook until radishes are more tender and almonds are roasted.
