Chick Pea Garden Salad

This has to be one of my favorite salads to make. It’s simple, healthy, and REALLY good! 


15 ounces of organic chick peas (garbanzo beans)

Grape tomatoes 

Organic mix greens of your choice (I actually had spinach on hand, so I just used that)

Parmesan cheese

Simple Italian Dressing-

Olive oil

Red wine vinegar

Garlic powder

Sea salt

Fresh-cracked black pepper

Add all ingredients together, then mix in the dressing. Enjoy!

Add all ingredients into a large salad bowl and mix together.

  2. The salad sounds good! I’ve never had chickpeas. Their appearance reminds me of some type of bean.
