This has to be one of my favorite salads to make. It’s simple, healthy, and REALLY good!
15 ounces of organic chick peas (garbanzo beans)
Organic mix greens of your choice (I actually had spinach on hand, so I just used that)
Simple Italian Dressing-
Red wine vinegar
Fresh-cracked black pepper
Add all ingredients together, then mix in the dressing. Enjoy!
