I love how there are so many different raw/no bake/vegan snacks you can make in a blender! They usually only require a few simple ingredients and take little to no time to prepare. You just throw everything in, blend, and you have yourself a very quick healthy snack. If you haven’t tried out one of these types of recipes, I’d encourage you to do so. They’re so easy to bring, snacks like these, with you! Skip the processed bars (that most likely are filled with GMO’s and sugar), and make these ahead of time, put them in the bag, and just grab them before you leave. Trust me, it’s so simple!
What I used. I followed the exact recipe, but the only thing I added less of, was the coffee. I added 1 tbs. instead of 2.
