If you’re vegan, dairy-free, or just are into healthy cooking, you’ve probably have already seen this recipe around before. So, no, I didn’t come up with this recipe on my own. I’ve seen it countless times on others’ blogs and videos, so I figured it was about time to give it a try.
Ingredients- This makes enough for one person, but I usually freeze a few bananas so there is enough to share with my family
1 tbs. of peanut butter (preferably organic, and no added oils)
Cut bananas, and place them in a sealed container and let them freeze for a few hours, or however long until they’re frozen. Once frozen, add the bananas to a blender/vitamix along with the peanut butter. Blend. The consistency should be very thick and creamy. Enjoy!
