So many people are buying almond milk these days, and not everyone realizes how easy it to make at home. All you need is some almonds and water. If you want it a little sweeter, you can add honey, maple syrup, or agave.
1/2 cup of almonds
3 cups of water
1 tbs. of natural sweetener (I used maple syrup)
Blend all ingredients. You’ll see some of the skin from the almonds floating around in the milk. If you want to remove it, strain the milk through a cheesecloth or strainer.
