Carrot Cake Bars (Grain-free)

This recipe is from Simply Living Healthy

You can pretty much bake this however you wanted. I baked mine in a bread pan, and then sliced the pieces pretty thick. Mine was sort of like carrot cake bread. It tastes so good!

Mix almond flour and spices together.

Mix wet ingredients together.IMG_2238

Fold in carrots, rasins, and walnuts.IMG_2239

Stir wet ingredients into the dry.IMG_2242

Done baking.IMG_2246

Time to make the cream cheese frosting.IMG_2244

Beat together.IMG_2245

Spread onto cooled bars. Enjoy!IMG_2249
