Tropical Smoothie 2 (Vegan)
The heat is here, which means it’s time to start whipping up some cold drinks!
1-1/2 cups of frozen fruit (Strawberries, mangos, pineapple, peaches)
1 fresh or frozen banana
unsweetened coconut milk (add as much or as little as you’d like)
1-2 tbs. of unsweetened shredded coconut
Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy!
