Very informative and well spoken. Keep up the good work. You have a fan in me.
Great tips! Especially good tip about going online and checking the menu before you go out to a restaurant. Most restaurants will post their menus online now days.
I have heard that the apple cider vinegar is good for people with acid reflux, which I have. So I really should try that sometime. I’ve heard that it really helps.
I love my pilates too. I also enjoy Zumba. I am recovering from a back injury so I am just walking for exercise right now (along with the exercises my PT gave me). I have to be real careful to start slow when I start incorporating stuff back in to my exercise routine.
Thanks so much for linking up to the “Making Your Home Sing Monday” linky party today! 🙂
Glad that you enjoyed the video!
Oh, wow. Hope you heal well and soon!
Apple cider vinegar is awesome! It helps with a lot of things. Vinegar would be the last thing that you’d think would help acid reflux!
Thanks for commenting and a pleasure linking up with you! 🙂
