    I am 58 yrs old and just getting into yoga. I have lower back problems once in a while and thought yoga might help with that. I have been getting yoga tapes from the library to try out. One is yoga for dummies that I like. I recognize some of what you did. I find I am very stiff so I hope to loosen up with yoga. Also my balance is not very good right now. You make it look so easy.

    • That’s great that you’ve been trying to incorporate yoga into your lifestyle.
      Yes, when you start out with yoga, you will come to find that some areas of your body will feel very different and more stiff, than you might have been expecting. I really do encourage you to keep up with the yoga videos. You will find (just like with most things), if you keep up with it long enough, you will be sure to see the benefits.

      The me making it look easy part, is just because I’ve been doing it for a long time. When I first started out, I was in the same predicament as you, so no worries! 🙂

  2. I am such a beginner I need instructions on how to do each pose! You move so easily and with such fluid motions I would love to hear more details! Thanks so much for sharing on Busy Monday!
