Cheese? It’s got to be good!
This is great for a mid-morning to afternoon snack, or even a light, healthy dessert. Personally, I’ll take it any time of day. 🙂
1 small tub of Italian Marscarpone Cheese (it’s kind of the like the Italian version of cream cheese)
Pure almond extract
Pure maple syrup
There was no exact measurement for any of the ingredients. I just added enough of each and kept test-tasting until I got it how I liked it. The only thing you can kind of “overdue it” with, is the extract, so just be careful on how much you’re pouring in. Mix all ingredients together, and your done! Serve with some fresh fruit. Apples work best.
