Anywho….Every once in a while, I’ll get a craving for some cereal, which made me think of putting all of these yummy ingredients together.
I’m going to show you how to make a healthy, sugar-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free cereal. Trust me, you’ll never know it’s missing those things. It’s really tasty!
Unlike most breakfast cereals that most people consume today, this recipe is packed with healthy carbs, all natural sugars, and healthy fats. That’s a much better start to your morning breakfast then a bowl of sugar, wouldn’t you say?
Organic Unsweetened Corn Flakes
Raw Sliced Almonds
1 Sliced Banana
Pure Maple Syrup
Unsweetened Almond Milk
We’re talking about cereal here, so not much to do. Just throw it all in a bowl and add some milk! 🙂
